"I have been a customer of State Farm since 1987, lived in four different states and have had multiple SF agents during that time. Five years ago a family member was in one of our vehicles in another state, and was involved in a serious accident. I called Kaitlyn first thing the next day and State Farm immediately jumped into action and started the claim. Kaitlyn guided me through the logistics of a totaled car and how to handle it and within a week, coverage payout was issued. Unfortunately, the particular state where the accident occurred is famous for ambulance chasing attorneys and we were sued. This was much more than just a claim. It was a multi-state, multi-vehicle, multi-policy nightmare. Kaitlyn and State Farm were with us EVERY STEP of this long five year process. When I didn't feel like I was getting help or answers to my questions, I called Kaitlyn and she went to battle for us. She did whatever was necessary to get us the help, the answers and the customer service that we needed. We are beyond relieved that this five year ordeal is finally over. And the outcome would have been drastically different had we been with another insurance company. We had outstanding legal representation supplied by State Farm and the personal attention Kaitlyn gave us and our claim goes above and beyond. State Farm may be a big company, but our local agent Kaitlyn Raymond treated us like family and helped our family navigate one of the worst experiences of our lives. It's fair to say that I'm a State Farm customer for life. Don't fall for the cheaper companies with funny commercials. You get what you pay for.
When it comes to insurance, and a world that doesn't hesitate to sue, you want the best. Thank you Kaitlyn and your entire team who are always there to help."
